We will do our best to accommodate you and your needs and a 1- to 2-week notice is preferred. The earlier you contact us the better the opportunity to serve you directly. There are some cases where we will have to move a vehicle using a trusted, fully vetted partner of the GO 2 family of companies.

Several factors including travel distance (we cover all 50 states and Canada), schedule of other cars being shipped on the same truck (if applicable), traffic and weather will affect the amount of time a shipment takes. In general, shipping times are rough estimates and can be up to 14-days. You should not base important decisions on estimates. Please contact us and communicate your needs so that we can offer solutions. Expedited services are available.

A. Our preference is to always transport in an enclosed trailer, offering a much higher level of vehicle protection, security and service. Open carrier transportation options offer a lower cost solution and the vehicles are generally less protected.

A. Our insurance covers damage done to your vehicle in transit. The auto transport carrier is the main and only coverage. Personal contents of the automobile are not covered by the carrier’s insurance, and the vehicle will not be covered if it is lost, damaged, or stolen.

A. Safe travel is good business. That is what the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Association and the Department of Transportation believes and they have the facts to prove it. GO 2 and its trusted network of partners go through great lengths to meet or exceed these beliefs and we do everything we can to get your vehicle where you need it to be the safest way possible.
